1. The Service
Luuqo is a modular SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform for small and medium businesses.
You register your business, then install only the modules you need from the in-app Store.
Each module has its own tiers with monthly pricing. Some modules also provide a public
storefront at /s/{client-code} for your customers.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
- The account owner is responsible for all staff accounts created under their business.
- You must keep your Client ID, User ID and password confidential. Any activity through your account is treated as your activity.
- Registration details (business name, email, SSM number if provided) must be accurate and up to date.
- You agree not to misuse the platform — including unauthorised access attempts, spam, or any use that breaches Malaysian law.
3. Payment
Each module is billed monthly by the tier you choose. You can pay securely online by FPX or card (via Billplz) when you upgrade or subscribe, and a receipt is issued for every payment. For any billing questions, reach us at support@luuqo.com. Failure to settle outstanding bills may lead to account suspension until payment is made.
4. Termination
- You can unsubscribe from any module at any time from the Billing page — your data is kept and the module can be reinstalled.
- You can request full account closure by contacting us; we recommend you download your data first (see Export Data in Settings).
- Luuqo may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or have long-overdue bills, with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luuqo is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by third-party failures, or any indirect losses. Luuqo's aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before a claim. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your own business data (prices, stock, invoices, tax).
